Before going to ARxC's Home Page, we invite all adult (18 years or older) American citizens who reside in Georgia to participate in the ARxC Health Plan Survey©.
ARxC is currently working to ensure that Georgia residents have sufficient access to a health insurance policy that meets their health care needs by 2014 when all American citizens will be required to have health insurance as mandated by the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
Please take our survey to inform us what services and benefits you would like included in your ideal health insurance plan and the role that you would be willing to play as a stakeholder in your plan. We will use the collective survey responses to guide our advocacy initiatives and support the development of best practice health insurance components for Georgians.
It takes 15-20 minutes to complete the survey. There are no risks or benefits to participating and you will not be linked to your responses.
